Victor is a seasoned facilitator with over 15 years of experience. in facilitating meetings, to middle and senior level managers from different industries across the East-Asian region.

Victor specializes in facilitating meetings, starting from small groups of Board of Directors to large groups of corporate social responsibility or distributors meetings where the participants exceeded more than 300 people. He is well versed in decision-making and problem-solving processes, using the world café, open space technology, town-hall, wall mind-map and systems thinking. His areas of experience are in change management, strategic planning, conflict management, and supply-chain management to name a few.

Victor’s experience in dealing with different top-level management of multi-national companies made him at ease to sit with any member of the corporate structure, coaching them on various issues such as change management and organizational development. Victor’s exposure to large institutions such as the World Bank, Unilever, AQUA Danone, British Petroleum, ANZ and Deutsche Bank equipped him with unique insights into the different industries, enabling him to also design tailor-made training programs. Currently, he is the external executive coach for Unilever.

Victor is an active resource person to several non-profit organizations like the World Bank Institute, Future Search Network, the International Youth Forum, Chesire Foundation and the Indonesian Heritage Society. He is also active as mentor to Prasetiya Mulya Business School and AISAM (Asian Intensive School for Advanced Management of Australian National Business School Ltd.)

Victor holds a degree in General Management from the Satya Wacana Christian University in 1990.
